Excellent Beach Getaway

The beach was well kept and provided a great view. Check-in was efficient and the staff upgraded my room to one with a beautiful sea view. Breakfast provided a tasty start to the day and the hotel's location allowed for pleasant walks around the island during both day and night. I also appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff throughout my stay.
Room service response times were sometimes slower than expected.

The staff displayed excellent hospitality and addressed requests promptly. Front desk staff were particularly helpful with directions and information and room service deliveries were quick.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices with fresh ingredients. Restaurant staff maintained cleanliness and regularly replenished food items and the quality of food at the main restaurant was consistently high.

The restaurants seemed disappointing. They did not match the overall hotel standard. the staff in the neo sky bar seemed bored and uninterested.
